The great Randy Moss is still among the best fantasy wide receivers
in the NFL, but he also remains somewhat inconsistent and thus a
bit of a gamble especially when considering his age.
Inconsistent for Moss means you may get his 2007 performance of
98 catches, 1,483, 23 touchdowns or you may get his more human 2009
performance of 83 catches, 1,264 yard 13 touchdowns. It is a win-win
situation, but it makes it difficult how high to draft him.
At age 33, his best years are behind him, even if some good years
are still ahead. The bottom line is Moss has 926 catches for 14,465
yards in his career and he has to take a down turn at some point
and this makes him a bit of a risky pick in 2010.
